Langkawi Holiday
 | For the first time in our family history (that I can remember anyway),
we celebrated Hari Raya Aidil Fitri away from home. |
| Based on my Mum's experience of the previous years celebrations, she
felt that it was too tiring for her to cope with all the preparation and
entertaining relatives and guests at home during the festive week. |
| So, she requested that the family had a getaway holiday in Langkawi
island instead. Yam, my sister, paid for the trip, while I took care of
accommodation, as I could utilise TNB's bungalow, thus saving on
expensive hotels (although we had to stay one night at a hotel.) |
| All the arrangements and planning were a success for we had an
enjoyable time from 24 until 28 Nov 2003. The eight holidaymakers
consisted of: -
 | Mak, Mariam, Harun, Haniff, Hanim, Reza, Aida, and Fariz |
